All of this has a strong impact on a company's organisation, as it implies a concrete commitment to the management of all production and non-production phases, making it possible to choose eco-design rather than participating in green public procurement and choosing green finance.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">In Italy it is issued by the competent body, i.e. the Ministry of Ecological Transition, which provides all the <strong>specifications<\/strong> required to be registered <strong>EMAS<\/strong>, namely:<\/p><p class=\"p1\">- <strong>Legal compliance<\/strong> to all environmental legislation<\/p><p class=\"p1\">- Publication of key environmental data in an annual report, the <strong>environmental statement<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"p1\">- Determine the <strong>organisational context<\/strong> of their environmental management system (EMS), identifying the <strong>interested parties<\/strong> (employees, shareholders, suppliers, etc.).<\/p><p class=\"p1\">- Consider a perspective of the <strong>product life cycle<\/strong>\u00a0when assessing the importance of environmental impacts<\/p><p class=\"p1\">- Determine the <strong>risks<\/strong> and the <strong>opportunities<\/strong> related to its EMS.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">MAC Stickers is proud to have received this award, a clear sign of our commitment to the environment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incidididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua.
